Jonathan Trigg, Historian & Author

Educated at Bristol University, the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and the UK Defence & Staff College, His main area of expertise is the Third Reich and the Second World War. Jonathan has been published many times, with his work translated into a dozen languages. His book – Death on the Don – The Destruction of Nazi Germany’s Axis Allies; was nominated for the 2014 Pushkin Prize for Russian history. He is a regular contributor to a number of publications including The History of War, All About History and The Armourer, and has appeared as an acknowledged expert on radio (BBC, talkradio, Irish RTE, Australian ABC) and a range of podcasts.
