Dr Rachel Honeyghan-Williams, Neuroscientist, Comedian & Science Communicator

Dr Rachel Honeyghan-Williams is neuroscientist, comedian, and science communicator with clients including the BBC, the UK’s biggest science festivals, and renowned learned institutions. Rachel is currently based at University College London’s Ear Institute and has worked in labs focused on hearing, vision, smell, making her an expert in the science of the senses. As a black queer woman of Jamaican heritage, Rachel is passionate about celebrating the work and voices of marginalised people. Born and raised in South London, she is enthusiastic about using her authentic voice to broaden the public perception of what it means to be a scientist.
