Dr Lynette Nusbacher, War Historian & Former Army Intelligence Officer

Lynette Nusbacher works to help businesses operate strategically. She is Deputy-Chair of the Surrey Heartlands Health and Care Partnership. Dr Nusbacher was Devil’s Advocate to the British Joint Intelligence Committee, and founded the Strategic Horizons Unit in the Cabinet Office which conducted the foundation work for two National Security Strategies of the United Kingdom. She taught War Studies at Sandhurst. She served in the Canadian and British Armies as an intelligence officer. She was a staff officer on Operation Agricola 2 in Kosovo, and on Operation Telic 1, in the Iraq War. She is a keen rapier fencer and a visual artist.
