Dr Luke Daly-Groves, Historian & Author
“I’m an award-winning Historian, Author and Lecturer. My interests in the past are wide ranging from Ancient Rome to Nazi Germany and beyond. I believe travel and historical research go hand in hand and in that spirit I try to travel as widely as possible, visiting ancient sites throughout the world. I try to read, write and publish widely and have so far written about such notable and widely diverging topics as Roman Britain, Napoleon, Adolf Hitler and Anglo-American Secret Intelligence. I am most well known for writing Hitler’s Death: The Case Against Conspiracy but I have also published about Anglo-American secret intelligence, post-war Germany and Ancient Roman Merseyside. I have won several prizes for my history work and I have taught several history modules across two universities. I regularly write for popular magazines and appear on radio shows and podcasts.”
