New series with Past Preservers expert, Stephanie Brookes

Information about the series: Restaurants of London with Stephanie Brookes is a five-part TV series exploring some of London’s most iconic and memorable restaurants and the dishes that made them famous. This series is a love letter to London’s world-renowned dining scene, offering unrivalled access with a number of fascinating guests including, Tom Parker Bowles, Jonathan Phang, Richard Vines, Ryan Riley, Jo Yee, Kai Lutterodt, to name a few. During the series, you will get to see and hear about the famous dishes, including The Ivy’s Shepherd’s Pie and Sticky Toffee Pudding, as well as a behind-the-scenes tutorial into how a classic dish is made. The series also looks into the impact social media has had on today’s diners while at the Insta-famous Sketch restaurant in Mayfair. This sumptuous food-travelogue is aimed at food lovers everywhere as well as fans of London’s great culinary history. 

The series is Produced and Directed by Tony Hindhaugh. The production company is Planet Eat Media. The series is available now on Amazon Prime Video.

Stephanie Brookes Biography:

Stephanie Brookes is a Food Writer, Restaurant Reviewer and Presenter. She has a long-running Restaurant Expert segment on BBC Radio London, exploring London’s thriving culinary scene. You might know her as a familiar voice at BBC Radio London as she also appears as a regular media panelist on Late Night Jo with Jo Good on ‘Chewing the Fat’. Stephanie has previously written a monthly column for Essence Magazine exploring London’s restaurant scene, as well as contributing to the Mail Online and Evening Standard. She has presented at the British Restaurant Awards in London, and has also judged for the Great Taste Awards. With her warm personality, wit and celebratory attitude towards food and drink, she is attracting the attention of food lovers everywhere.
